Dynamic Balancing &
Mechanical Services
Dynamic balancing, rotor correction, thermal spray re-metallizing, lathe work and mechanical repair support for industrial rotating equipment.
PEI supports heavy rotating machines with balancing, shaft and bearing-seat repair support, re-metallizing, machining, assembly checks and mechanical correction for motors, generators, fans, blowers, pump rotors and industrial rotating assemblies.

Balancing, Re-Metallizing & Mechanical Correction for Rotating Equipment
Mechanical support for reducing vibration, restoring fitment and improving rotating-machine reliability.
Rotating machines are sensitive to imbalance, shaft wear, bearing-seat damage, eccentricity, improper fitment, rotor rubbing, coupling issues and assembly defects. Even when the electrical winding is healthy, mechanical defects can cause vibration, bearing failure, abnormal noise, overheating, poor performance and repeated breakdowns.
PEI provides dynamic balancing and mechanical repair support for industrial rotating components such as rotors, armatures, fans, blowers, impellers, pump rotors and heavy rotating assemblies. The service includes inspection, balancing, shaft and bearing-seat repair support, re-metallizing by TAFA thermal spray wires, lathe machining, fitment checks, assembly support and final quality verification.
This page covers PEI’s mechanical service capability for both standalone balancing jobs and mechanical work required during motor, generator, alternator or rotating-equipment repair.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY
Key technical factors PEI considers in balancing and mechanical repair work.

Imbalance Correction
Dynamic balancing identifies and corrects uneven mass distribution in rotating components to reduce vibration during operation.

Speed, Weight & Application Review
Balancing approach depends on rotor size, operating speed, weight, machine type, coupling condition and application severity.

Rotor Condition Assessment
Before balancing, the rotor or rotating assembly is checked for visible damage, rubbing marks, wear, cracks, looseness, runout and fitment concerns.

Shaft & Bearing Seat Condition
Worn shafts or damaged bearing seats can create looseness, eccentricity and repeat bearing failure. PEI supports inspection and repair through machining and re-metallizing where applicable.

Re-Metallizing by TAFA Thermal Spray Wires
Thermal spray re-metallizing is used to build up worn metal surfaces such as shaft journals or bearing seating areas before final machining to required dimensions.

Lathe Machining & Dimensional Correction
Lathe work supports dimensional restoration, surface correction, sleeve fitment, coupling area correction and finishing after metal build-up.

Vibration Reduction
Balancing and mechanical correction help reduce vibration, bearing load, operational noise and mechanical stress on the machine.

Report-Based Verification
Balancing jobs can be supported with dynamic balancing reports and final observation records as per job scope.
